MBMG's Anya Potatoes win a Silver Award in the Taste of Britain Awards

Following success in 2006, where MBMG were awarded Supplier of the Year at the Pauleys annual supplier awards, MBMG have received further recognition with the Pauleys Innovation of the Year award for 2007.

Each year all suppliers are invited to make presentations in one, or all, of the following categories: Service, Innovation and the overall Supplier of the Year. MBMG made presentations in all categories and to demonstrate innovation MBMG’s presentation focussed on the work carried out by the MBMG prepared produce team in the introduction of the ‘thermoform vac pack’.

MBMG Sales Director Neil Beeton commented ‘We suggested that the improvements the new pack delivered in terms of improved handling and customer satisfaction clearly demonstrated that we have the desire and ability to respond to challenges from our customers and are prepared to invest in delivering solutions for them. We believe that this award reflects the integrated team approach we have developed with our customers, and we look forward to building on this success in 2008.’
